OUR STORY
Quan's was started in 2003 by Sau Wai Quan, a Chinese-Vietnamese refugee who came to Britain with almost nothing - except the recipes that kept his family connected through war, displacement and a journey by boat across the South China Sea.
"They left behind a home, a language, a whole life. The one thing they never let go of was the recipes."
Today we're a second-generation family business of 19, hand-wrapping over five million spring rolls a year. Every product is still made by hand. The way it always has been.
